The rules for using isaveall: personal use of public content only, no warranty on availability, who owns the files and what happens in case of abuse.
Acceptance
By using isaveall.com you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, don't use the service.
What the service does
isaveall looks up the public media of a link you paste and lets you save it to your device. The service is provided free of charge, as is, and may change or stop at any time.
Your responsibilities
You may only save content you have the right to access and use. Saving public content for private, personal use is your responsibility; redistribution, commercial use or any use that infringes copyright, privacy or platform rules is forbidden.
You must not use automated tools, scrape the service, or try to bypass the limits and protections in place. Abuse leads to blocking.
Intellectual property
The videos, photos and audio you download belong to their authors and to the platforms' terms. isaveall claims no rights over them. The isaveall name, design and code are ours.
No warranty and liability
The service is offered without warranty of availability or results: platforms change and downloads can fail. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damages arising from the use of the service or the content downloaded.
Changes and law
These terms can be updated; the current version is always published here. They are governed by Spanish law and the courts of the operator's domicile, without prejudice to consumer rights.
