Privacy policy
What isaveall processes when you paste a link, how long hashed IPs and cached results are kept, when Google reCAPTCHA is involved and your rights.
Who is responsible
The data controller is ISaveServices, the operator of isaveall.com. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection through the contact form.
What we process
When you paste a link we process the link itself (to look up the media) and technical data of your request: IP address, user agent and time. We keep no account of you, we don't ask for personal data and we don't store the files.
How long
Links are used only to answer your request; results are cached for a few minutes under a hash and then deleted. IP addresses are stored only as a daily-salted hash for rate limiting and abuse prevention, for up to 30 days in aggregated logs. We never keep full links in logs.
Third parties
Files come from the platforms' servers; when a platform requires it, our server streams the file to you without keeping it. If our systems detect unusual traffic, we may ask you to complete Google reCAPTCHA; Google then processes your IP and browser data under its own privacy policy, and its script loads only at that moment.
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and tool usage. It runs from your first visit, sets first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_*), truncates your IP address and has advertising features switched off; the data goes to Google LLC under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The cookie policy explains how to block it. We don't sell or share data with advertisers.
Cookies and local storage
The only cookies on isaveall are the Google Analytics ones (_ga and _ga_*, up to 13 months), used to count visits and see which tools are used, never for advertising. Your theme preference is saved in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device. The cookie policy explains how to block the analytics cookies; the site works the same without them.
Legal basis and rights
Processing is based on our legitimate interest in providing and protecting the service. You have the rights recognized by the GDPR and Spanish data protection law, including the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
