Facebook video not found: causes and what to do
On Facebook, whether a video can be downloaded depends entirely on its privacy setting, not on the tool. Public videos from pages and public profiles work; anything shared with friends, in a private group or in a closed event does not, because our server sees Facebook as a logged-out visitor.

Use Share, then Copy link on the video itself, or the fb.watch link. Links to a post that embeds the video sometimes point to the post, not the video.

A live that has ended can be downloaded once Facebook has finished processing the replay, usually a few minutes after the stream.

- Videos marked as friends-only by the author can never be downloaded by a third-party tool.
