Download Instagram carousels: every photo and video
An Instagram carousel can hold up to 20 photos and videos. Paste the link of a public post and save the items you want, or all of them, in their original quality. If you are only after one picture, the Instagram photo downloader goes straight to it.
How to download
Open the reel or post in Instagram, tap the three dots (or the share icon) and choose Copy link.
Drop the link into the field above with Paste, or type it in. We detect the carousel from its instagram.com/p/ link and list its items in the order of the post: photos as a grid, videos as rows, plus a ZIP with every photo. The Instagram app's browser can't save files, so use Safari or Chrome.
Tap a photo to save it, Download MP4 on a video row, or the ZIP row to take every photo at once. Files save to your gallery or Downloads.

How carousels are stored
A carousel is a single post with up to 20 items, each stored separately: photos as JPG at up to 1080 pixels, videos as MP4 in their own renditions. Instagram exposes them in order, and this tool lists them the same way, with a download button per item and the video items marked as such.
Because every item is a separate file, there is nothing to unpack: you get the originals as the author uploaded them, with only Instagram's own compression applied.
Saving several items at once
On a computer, click Download all (ZIP) to get every photo of the post in one archive, or click each button and let the browser queue the downloads. On a phone, save the items one at a time so the system can ask where to put each file, or take the ZIP and open it in Files or your file manager. Videos are always separate MP4 files.

Do videos in the carousel work?
Yes. They download as MP4 in original quality.
Do I need to log in?
No. Public carousels are visible to anyone without a session, and that is what we read. We have no way to use your account, so private posts stay out of reach even if you follow them.
Do you keep the photos and videos?
No. Each item goes from Instagram's servers to your device; the ZIP is built as it is sent and never stored. We don't log full links either.
How many items can a carousel have?
Instagram allows up to 20 photos and videos per post; we list all of them.
Do I get a ZIP?
Yes. Besides one button per item, the result includes Download all (ZIP) with every photo of the post, handy on a computer. Videos in the carousel are downloaded one by one as MP4.
Does the order stay the same?
Yes. Items are listed in the order they appear in the post.
Can I download carousels shared from a business account?
Yes, if the account is public. Business or personal doesn't matter.
Why are some carousel photos smaller than others?
Instagram resizes each item on its own: up to 1080 pixels wide, and up to 1350 tall for portrait items. A photo uploaded small stays small; there is no larger copy anywhere, and we never upscale.
What's the difference between a carousel, an album and a slideshow?
Nothing: they are three names for the same thing. Instagram calls a post with several photos or videos a carousel; people call it an album or a slideshow because you swipe through it. Whichever word you came here with, paste the link and every item shows up with its own button.
Does it work on my phone, or do I need a computer?
It works the same on iPhone, Android and desktop. On a phone you can grab the items one by one; the ZIP is handiest on a computer.
Can I download a carousel from a private account?
No. We only fetch what Instagram shows without logging in. Private posts are not supported.
