How to download
Open the reel or post in Instagram, tap the three dots (or the share icon) and choose Copy link.
Put the link in the box at the top: tap Paste or type it. We detect a photo post from its instagram.com/p/ link and show the picture before you save it; a carousel lists every image in order. Instagram's in-app browser blocks saving, so use Safari or Chrome.
Tap Download JPG for a single photo. In a carousel, tap the image you want: it opens at full size, and a tap-and-hold saves it on a phone.
What you can download
Original resolution, explained
When you upload a photo, Instagram resizes it to a maximum of 1080 pixels wide (a portrait comes out at 1080 by 1350) and re-compresses it. That 1080 version is the best that exists on Instagram's servers, and it is the one this tool fetches: sharper than a screenshot, without interface elements, and with the original aspect ratio.
There is no secret larger version. Any tool claiming to download Instagram photos in 4K is upscaling, which invents pixels that were never there.
What Instagram strips from the file
Instagram removes the camera's EXIF data at upload: location, camera model, lens and date are gone from every photo it serves, so the JPG you download carries none of that, even if the original did. What stays is the picture itself, at the size and compression Instagram chose. If you need the untouched original, only the author has it.

Does it ask for my Instagram login?
Never. The tool reads what Instagram shows to anyone without a session and has no way to use your account. Photos from private accounts don't appear to a logged-out visitor, so they can't be fetched.

No. A single photo is streamed through our server without touching disk, and carousel images come straight from Instagram's CDN. We keep neither the files nor the full link.

No. This page covers photos inside posts and carousels; Instagram serves profile pictures differently and no isaveall tool fetches them.
Why is the photo smaller than expected?
Instagram resizes uploads to a maximum of 1080 px wide; there is no larger version anywhere.
Can I download photos from a private account?
No. We only fetch what Instagram shows to anyone without logging in. If the account is private, the tool says so instead of failing silently.
Is there a watermark on the photo?
No. You get the JPG exactly as Instagram stores it. Nothing is added or re-encoded.
Is this better than taking a screenshot?
